Quality Verification
How We Test
Essential Research Labs is built around transparency, batch awareness, and third-party verification. Our testing process is designed to help customers review product identity, purity, and documentation before making a purchase.
- Third-Party Testing
- Batch Review
- COA Documentation
- Purity Verification
- Identity Checks
Third-Party Labs
We use independent testing partners to review selected batches and provide analytical documentation that supports product transparency.
Batch-Level Review
Products are reviewed by batch so customers can evaluate documentation tied to the product lot, instead of relying only on generic claims.
Transparent Standards
Our goal is to make the testing process easy to understand: what was tested, who tested it, what the result showed, and how it connects to the product batch.
Our Testing Partners
ERL uses outside testing resources to help verify product quality and support documentation. Depending on the product, batch, and testing need, we may use reports from Chromate, Freedom Diagnostics, and Janoshik Testing.
Testing Partner
Chromate
Chromate testing may be used as part of our quality review process for selected products and batches. Reports are reviewed for product-specific information, batch details, and analytical results.
Testing Partner
Freedom Diagnostics
Freedom Diagnostics may be used to support additional product review, documentation, and testing transparency depending on the product and batch.
Testing Partner
Janoshik Testing
Janoshik Testing may be used for third-party analytical reporting on selected research products, including documentation that helps customers evaluate purity and identity-related results.
Testing partners, methods, and available documentation may vary by product and batch. Customers should review the product page and available COA information for the most accurate batch-specific details.
Our Quality Review Process
Every product release should be treated with discipline. Our process is designed to reduce uncertainty, keep records organized, and provide customers with clearer information before they order.
Supplier And Product Intake
Before a product is listed, we review supplier information, product identity, available documentation, and whether the product fits ERL standards.
Batch Organization
Products are organized by batch or lot when available. This helps connect testing documentation to the correct product group instead of using broad, non-specific claims.
Third-Party Testing Review
Selected batches may be reviewed using independent testing documentation from Chromate, Freedom Diagnostics, Janoshik Testing, or other available documentation sources.
COA And Result Verification
We review certificates of analysis and testing reports for key details such as product name, batch identification, reported purity, test date, lab information, and result consistency.
Product Page Documentation
When documentation is available, we aim to make it easier for customers to review relevant testing information directly from the product page or by request.
Ongoing Quality Monitoring
Quality review does not stop after a product is listed. We monitor customer feedback, supplier consistency, product documentation, and batch-level information over time.
What We Look For
Our testing review focuses on the key information customers care about most: whether the product documentation supports the listed identity, whether the reported purity is clear, and whether batch details are organized.
Purity Review
We review reported purity values when available and compare them against the product listing and batch documentation.
Identity Confirmation
We look for documentation that supports the identity of the listed compound and helps reduce confusion between similar products.
Batch Matching
We check whether testing documentation matches the product batch, lot number, or available product-identifying details.
Documentation Review
We review COAs and testing reports for lab name, dates, sample details, product name, reported results, and overall consistency.
Supplier Consistency
We monitor whether suppliers maintain consistency across batches, documentation, packaging, and fulfillment.
Customer Transparency
We aim to give customers enough information to make a more informed purchasing decision before checking out.
Certificates Of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis, often called a COA, is a testing document that helps customers review important product information. COAs may include product name, batch number, testing date, reported purity, lab details, and analytical results.
How To Read A COA
When reviewing a COA, check the product name, batch or lot number, testing lab, test date, reported purity, and whether the document matches the product you are viewing. If a product has multiple batches, make sure you are reviewing the correct batch documentation.
Available COA documents may vary by product, batch, inventory cycle, and testing partner. If you need a specific report, contact us with the product name and batch number if available.
Release Standards
Before a product is made available, ERL reviews the product information, available documentation, and batch details. Products that do not meet internal review standards may be held, delayed, removed, or re-reviewed before being offered.
