No. All Essential Research Labs products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and have not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Is Essential Research Labs a compounding pharmacy?

No. Essential Research Labs is a chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and is not an outsourcing facility under section 503B. Products are supplied for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only.

How is purity verified?

Every batch is independently tested by analytical laboratories with no financial relationship to Essential Research Labs. We publish a Certificate of Analysis for each lot, including the supporting analytical data, so you can verify identity and purity before you order.

Each product lists its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. You can also browse our COA library to review published analytical data for available compounds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods at checkout. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number with the carrier to check shipment status at any time.

How should lyophilized material be stored?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) material stored refrigerated or frozen generally has an extended shelf life. Follow the storage guidance for each specific compound, and keep materials sealed until use in your research protocol.
